Food and drinks should remain in the kitchen and dining areas only, not allowed in bedrooms Please do not move furniture or redecorate the space. PETS: Pets may be allowed with host approval and a required pet fee. Only one small, house-trained dog is permitted. Cats are not allowed due to medical reasons. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and must be crated if left alone in the home. Guest are responsible for cleaning up after pets both inside and outside property. A washer & dryer are available inside the home. Please wash only sheets, towels, clothing, and small blankets. Do not wash large comforters or oversized bedding.
