Only one small, house-trained dog is permitted Cats are not allowed due to medical reasons. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and must be crated if left alone in the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets both inside and outside the property. Washer & dryer are available inside the home. Please wash only sheets, towels, clothing, and small blankets. Do not wash large comforters or oversized bedding. Upon arrival, should you notice any damage, or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made.
